Unless otherwise indicated, these vendors do not have any relationship with us. We do not control or validate such vendors’ pricing or other terms, and we disclaim all liability for any losses incurred. We are not responsible for ensuring that your use of this website or the Services does not violate the terms of usage of such third parties (other than our terms of use).

7. Returns/Repairs/Replacements All returns must be done in accordance with the instructions set out in the Return Policy on this page. Seller is not obliged to agree to any return unless all such instructions are followed to Seller’s and our satisfaction. Should Seller agree to the return, Seller will deliver the replacement Product to your specified address.

7. Indemnity

7.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, actions, or demands (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of our Services; (b) your breach of any provision of this Agreement; or (c) your violation of any third party right.

8. Termination/Cancellation 8.1. We reserve the right to cancel your account without prior notice for any reason, including without limitation your breach of this Agreement; immediately upon cancellation, you and all of your content will be automatically removed from our Services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties 9.1. You acknowledge that your use of the services is at your own risk and that we provide the site and the services on an “as is” basis with no warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
